To check whether you have the correct TOWERnet version after completing the download:

Open TOWERnet (double click on TOWERnet icon)
Click Help (top left of screen)
Click About TOWERnet
The version number should read 8.5

Click Download.
Click Open or Run, click OK.
Please wait while the update is downloaded.
If a Publisher warning pops up, click Run.
Click Setup.
When the Completed Successfully message pops up, click OK.
