TOWER helping you support your clients impacted by the Victorian bushfires

All of us at TOWER are saddened by the disaster in Victoria and we are here to offer our support to you and your clients who are deeply impacted by the devastation caused by the bushfires. We extend our deepest sympathy to all bushfire victims and their families during this difficult time. In these times however, it is important that the benefits of the products and services we all believe in, are delivered.
We appreciate that some of your clients may have been impacted by the bushfire tragedy, and that you may have the task of helping them during this difficult time. Our thoughts are with you and we are here to help.
As a matter of priority, TOWER has made a commitment to ensure all those impacted by this shocking natural disaster are treated with compassion and understanding. Our service teams are prepared and ready to help you and your clients in any way we can. Any claims resulting from this catastrophe will be fast tracked. Our aim will be to process any claims as quickly as possible.
In these circumstances, we also understand that both you and your clients may have lost records and other important documentation. We will be taking a pragmatic approach in dealing with these cases. We urge any client who has been impacted by the bushfires to contact their adviser or TOWER immediately.
To assist those who have suffered, TOWER is also offering access to grief counselling services to TOWER clients and their families through an external professional organisation.
Additionally, TOWER will make a corporate donation to a recognised fund raising organisation.
