TOWER continues to improve customer letters
TOWER continues to review and improve the letters we send to our new and existing customers, your clients.
From 19 June 2009, customers with products such as TOWER Protection Policy, Personal Superannuation Plan and Superannuation Roll-Over Master Plan will start receiving new Anniversary, Premium Payment, Dishonour, Overdue and Lapse or Investment Status Change letters (and their accompanying forms).
These new look letters are easier to read and introduce a consistent style and message.

More updates to Your Business Online
In addition to the TOWER Protection Policy Interim Cover and Welcome letters, we are also providing advisers access to these new letters (for the products stated only) via 'Your Business Online'.
The process of issuing and accessing Adviser Reports relating to these new letters remains unchanged.
